At Unparallel Clothing, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so we’ve designed a comprehensive 60-day refund and return policy for a smooth and hassle-free process.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 60 days from the delivery date.
- All items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Returns are not accepted for personalized items, gift cards, or final sale items unless they are defective or damaged.
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear, underwear, and earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at hello@midwestapparel.uk with your order number, the reason for return, and your preference for a refund or exchange. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions on where to send your return.
Return Process
- Once your return is authorized, pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging (or a suitable alternative) to prevent damage in transit.
- Include the original invoice or packing slip in the return package.
- Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Unparallel Clothing is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide a clear description of the issue along with photos, if possible. For faulty items, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping fees.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or items, subject to stock availability. To initiate an exchange, follow the same steps as a return. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item at no additional cost. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
Refunds
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If more than 14 days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us for assistance at admin@unparallelclothing.com.
Non-Refundable Items
- Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom items cannot be refunded unless faulty.
- Items returned that do not meet eligibility criteria (e.g., returned after 60 days, or without original packaging) will not be refunded and may be sent back to the customer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Items returned with missing parts.
- Items showing signs of wear or damage not due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the designated processing period:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.

International Returns
- Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties or fees.
- International returns may take longer to process. Please use a trackable shipping service to avoid delays.
